All Back Nine Social Co. products are made to order through our production partners. Because each item is created after your order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing and Production
Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after the order is placed. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, inventory availability, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method, carrier, product type, and delivery location.
Estimated shipping times are typically:
- Standard U.S. shipping: approximately 2–8 business days after production
- International shipping, if available: timing may vary by destination and customs processing
Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping method, and delivery address.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately depending on where they are produced. You may receive more than one package or tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Back Nine Social Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs, or other shipping disruptions.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will help look into the issue.
